The aim of the project is not only the interest, but also is objectively capturing the needs, skills and personal characteristics of the people. Via an Internet platform, job seekers and companies are merged. This makes the search for a suitable employee easier for the companies and facilitates both temporal and economic advantages.

The project "Chance 3000" approaches as a central objective in the development of a test procedure for identification, assessment and certification of informally acquired skills of workers over 45 years, building upon LLL consulting methodology, so as the results could be used for the diagnostic test process efficiently, for the determination of their own strengths and for practically implement. An objective diagnosis is associated with subjective personal advice and thus created a clear distinction from other measures for competency assessment and coaching.
